The Kilvington 2023 Scholarship Program will open in early November. Our Scholarship testing date is Saturday 12 February 2022. Applications close on Tuesday 1 February 2022.
A Scholarship information evening will be held on Thursday 10 February at 6.30pm.

Primary (Year 5)
Secondary (Years 7,9 or 11)
ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIPS
Scholarships are awarded on the basis of an independent academic examination and an interview.
MUSIC SCHOLARSHIPS
Scholarships are awarded on the basis of a music audition, an interview and an independent academic examination. Students must show musical promise and display an obvious commitment and willingness to participate in School music activities. We require are a minimum of AMEB Grade 4 level for Years 5 and 6 entry, AMEB Grade 5 level for Year 7 entry and AMEB Grade 6 level for Year 9 entry.
A portfolio containing your child’s two most recent school reports, NAPLAN results, music examination reports and information including levels of achievement in any other activities they are involved in, must be submitted to the Director of Admissions prior to the academic test date.
GENERAL EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIPS
General Excellence scholarships are awarded on the basis of an independent academic examination, an interview and evidence of the student’s active participation in a range of activities (for example, sport, music, creative arts, and programs that benefit the community). These activities may be school or community-based.
A portfolio containing your child’s two most recent school reports and information including levels of achievement in any other activities they are involved in, must be submitted to the Director of Admissions prior to the academic test date, regardless of your current enrolment status at Kilvington.
CONDITIONS
We expect successful students will participate fully in school life and commit to Kilvington through to the end of Year 12. Scholarships are tenable up to and including Year 12 and are open to prospective and current students. All scholarships are offered at the Principal’s discretion.
Please note, should the Principal offer your child a scholarship, acceptance of the scholarship is required within two business days of the offer together with payment in full of the Application, Enrolment and Holding fees.
