St Leo’s Catholic College is a located on six hectares in Wahroonga on Sydney’s Upper North Shore. We are just off the M1 Motorway exit, near the Pennant Hills Road and Pacific Highway junction, and a short walk from Waitara or Normanhurst train stations.

We have many students who travel from all over the Upper and Lower North Shore, Central Coast and Hills District.

There are a number of transport options for students depending on the starting point, including:

  •  The majority of students walk from Waitara train station via Yardley Ave, or from Normanhurst station via Unwin Road
  • ‘Kiss and Drop Zone’ at the main College entrances in Woolcott Avenue/Windarra Cresent (Gates A/B), Wahroonga
  • Drop zone at the alternative entrances to the College in Yardley Avenue (Gate C) and Unwin Road (Gate D), Waitara
  • Bus to the top of Woolcott Avenue, Wahroonga
  • Bus to Unwin Road, Waitara

Free public transport (School Opal card) is available to students who live more than 2.0km straight line distance from the College, or at least 2.9km walking. Apply or update your details via the Transport NSW website.
